I called the phone number twice and both times I asked when there were located and then imthey hung up both times. I reported this number to my local law enforcement office.

Why do you think that your "local law enforcement" is interested in your phone calls?  What did you report, simply that you called them and asked for their address and they wouldn't give it to you?  That isn't a crime and considering that this phone number might have been spoofed there is a very good chance that the people you talked to never even called you.
