866-217-8199

I am constantly receiving calls from this call ID number, 866-217-8199, many times weekly, for months. Caller either hang-up, does not leave a message, or a message is provided to return my call as soon as possible. When I have called back there is an automated message for me to leave my name and number or when I do talk with someone and tell them – STOP CALLING ME – I am placed on hold, and then get disconnected.

After another call today with message, I returned call (866-217-8199 ext. 4220) and I did speak to Krista. She stated she was calling for Silverleaf Resort Owner Services, and then requested I provide my personal information to her. I refused to provide it, but told her they had called me minutes earlier and she should be able to look up my number and find out why they were calling. She stated, “I call so many phone numbers everyday there is no way I can do that.”

After providing my last name she finally told me the reason for these calls was to offer $150.00 and she wanted to schedule a meeting at Silverleaf to receive their newest information and changes. Krista state she cannot email or mail me this information, and especially cannot understand why I won't come for $150.00.  I also told her I have requested many, many times--NO NOT call my number and remove it from their calling list. She stated she cannot remove my number off their call list once it is in their system.

I did ask her if I could speak to someone else about this new information and changes. I even told her I would be happy to contact whoever had the new information and speak with them, but again I was told that is impossible because Silverleaf must speak to you in person.

STOP CALLING ME!! TAKE ME OFF YOUR LIST OR I AM REPORTING YOU TO THE FCC FOR HARASSING ME WITH YOUR UNWANTED CALLS.

Received a call on my cell from 866-217-8199 and I think ext. 420(?) Caller's name was Kim but she spoke so fast I could not understand the company name even after replaying the message several times.
The tone was urgent but no info was given.
SInce I have people I want to take calls from programed into my phone I no longer answer calls from unknown sources and my friends and I have learned to use code to let each other know the call is legit since nothing is ever done to stop unwanted calls completely.
So while still aggravating....we just don't answer the phone.

This is silverleaf, a timeshare company. They routinely run their owners crazy with these calls. They must be broke and want us to help fund their newest project, but guess what, harrassing me won't make that happen...waste of my time.
