Left message for my dead grandfather about serving him papers    Did not give a name

Called my brother's house saying that they had papers to serve that they need me to give them a call if they knew how to get a hold of me. If they really needed to get all and they wouldn't they send me a letter in the mail.

They called my place of employment on 11/26 stating they were serving me a summons for a lawsuit for a payday loan from over 5 years ago, using my previous surname. John, insisted I give them a credit or debit card number in order to set up a payment arrangement to avoid a lawsuit and would not give me the name of the attorney's office handling the collection. I reported it to my HR department.

i also received a call from this law firm.  after speaking to the attorney there,  it turns out they were looking for a peason with the same name as me.   20 minutes later i got another call from the same attorneys office asking for the same person.   this time i called back upset I was transfered to the attorney and I made a complain.   hopefully this time they wont call back again.

You state the call was valid but neglect to state which attorney called you. Why is that?

This number was used in a spam e-mail as a bogus help line for a fake Amazon purchase, a lap top being sent to a total stranger in Ankorage, Alaska.

My husband got one too!!!  He has never used Amazon or a laptop!

Same or similar. Fake Amazon order scam used this telephone number as their "fraud protection department". The email was sent from a gmail account.

ut the number on cash app as a helpline and stole hundreds of dollars from my friends and family

Are you trying to say that you went to the actual Cash App website, this number was on it for support, you called it and they allegedly stole money from your friends an family and not you?  I find that very hard to believe.
