Just rec'd a call from that #, rang 2x, then hung up. I'm on the DO NOT CALL registry.

they called but I never answered and when I tryied calling back, i couldn't get through. Catch these people, scammers!

Said I have a court summons for fraud checks and must appear in court. I have not written any bad checks.
They said I have been noticed, but they have no address for me. My checks have my address on them! What is this?

I am on a no call list. But they still call with these scams!

The caller identified himself by name and said he was calling from "Atlas". He left a message to call 866-506-6390 which is Atlas Money Online - payday lender.

I also got a call from this number this am around 9am didn't leave a messege,

Got a call around 2:45 pm; no message left.
Called back and got a message' pleas wait while I connect you' then a recorded message about a loan where you pay back a finance charge plus principle to build a line of credit.
Sounds like a scam to me.

They call my cell and my job also claim they have court papers and are wanting to serve me on my job This is for pay day one company. I have 2 different companys collecting for the same bill calling me on my job when I asked them not too. How do you get on the do not call registry? I am ready to call the police and file a harrasment report on them.This is against some law to be doing this to people on there job

Got a call from this number but no one left a message.  I am sick and tired of the harassing phone calls by these people and all the other ones that are out there.

Same scam, collecting for Payday One and using a line of credit as a scam to draw you in.  There is not a state in the union that will file charges against someone for a bad check even if you did write a postdated check to a payday loan agency.  These are just scare tactics.  While it is true that a suit could be filed in civil court, that is the limit of what they can do.  To file suit in civil court, however, the papers need to be filed on you in person...they can't say you are NOTICED over the phone.  You can try to send Atlas a cease and desist letter, I did, but they will ignore it.  

It was interesting that when I offered to bring them cash to their office to meet them face to face they suddenly did not want their money?  So let me get this straight now you are saying you don't want me to pay....

Have no idea who they are.  Added to my block list

Received call from 866-218-3227.  DId not leave a message.   When I call back no answer.  
I am calling State Attorney General and FBI , harassement .

Recorded message from "My Quick Customer Service". Never heard of them. Will not call back or answer any future calls.

MyQuickLoan.com Called to tell me that my line of credit is always available........  I dont have a line of credit.... Do these people really think that I am just going to go, "oh yeah, my magical line of credit from a company I have never heard of.... I think I will take some money out today"

I got a call from these people at 8:38am. I thought it was illegal to call before 9am. I didn't answer and thought they would leave a voicemail but they didn't.

if you offered legal US tender and they refused then at that point the bill is settled. They cannot refuse any form of legal us monies.
