FIA Card Services.  Recording alerting me that a merchant I used had credit card information stolen and they were going to mail me a new card.

Thanks for putting that information here.   I just now disconnected a call (without answering) from them thinking it was probably Rachel/Heather giving me another final notice about lowering my credit card rates.  It would help if FIA Card Services (or whatever their name is now, I think they changed it) would actually indicate who is calling in the caller ID name rather than showing "TOLL FREE CALL" which is usually indicative of a nuisance/scam call.

I got the call from the same number . The caller ID appeared as unknown. Like you , I did not pick up the call. I agreed with you that the FIA card should have the number identified as to the caller name .

Got a call from this number. Did not pick up. I then called the number on the back of my FIA credit card, and the customer service representative confirmed that it was indeed their fraud protection department.

Same as others. FIA telling me I have a new credit card on the way due to a breach at an "undisclosed merchant". I already knew this was coming (I'd received an email earlier in the day), so it's 100% legit.

Thanks. I won't answer unless they reveal their name on the Caller ID. Called them and that was indeed what they were calling me about.

FIA Card Services security calling to alert me that my card number may have compromised and that they had issued me a new card. They had sent me an email earlier that morning telling me the same thing. Legitimate call. Glad they are keeping an eye on my account.
