I just got a call from the same thing. Saying a case was filed against me and that I need to contact Kevin Ross. I don't know what its about.

got a call from them saying i was being sued about 6 months back same guy kevin ross. ignored there "warning" nothing happened. untill about 2 months later whoever this ass is he got a judgment against me and is now sending my employer documentaion for an attempt to garnish my wages :(

Got a blocked call from this number, stating I owe money from an account on ATT that I had almost 10 years ago. Is this a scam, he was asking me for my debit card number to settle an old debt he stated or he was going to subpoena me to go to court? I was told to speak to a Kevin Ross

Kevin Ross is a scam. He was rude and telling me I was being served for money I owe to who know who! Beware!

There is a Joe Willis also the callers name was Craig Johnson said he worked for Apex Attorny services.

Someone saying they are Adam Smith called me--  threatened me with a civil suit if I didn't pay him $500.00 within 3 hours supposedly on a credit card I never had.
