Computer generated voice message regarding some sort of legal action.

Claim that they are a private carrier delivering legal documents in a few days. Gave this number as "original filing party." Gave a "case number." No caller ID.

Claimed they were a litigation firm called "FSC" - supposedly I owed $ to Liberty Group, LLC. Had the last 4 of my social. A past employer name and name of a bank I used to have an acct with. Claimed I owed on a loan. Wouldn't provide their contact or full name when I asked. Wouldn't send me anything when I asked but said a courier would be serving me at my home or job. This is not the first time this has happened. I'm certain I owe nothing to anyone but concerned abt the info they had of mine.

Left a message (machine voice) for a person whose name I do not know.  Some document to be delivered to home or office.  Need HR or Manager to be there to sign.  Left also a document number with this call back number.  No clue why they called but sounds very fishy.

Got a call from "FSC" for a Larry Hounshell. I am not and never have been Larry Hounshell, although my late wife was once married to him. Somehow this company has managed to call ME  about something being delivered to Larry and having to have ids , etc waiting. TWICE. This last time I left a voice message explaining- again- the situation and informing them that further contact by them would be considered harassment. Called them back today to verify they had taken my name and number off his account. We shall see. We shall see. I got the distinct feeling they were  a debt collector, not a delivery service, and no, they were not very forthcoming with their side of the information.

Same as others here. Unknown caller, left message for someone I don't know, saying legal documents were to be delivered and they needed both home and work addresses. I called back and was given an extension of 235 to dial. A lady answered asking for my phone number. I refused to disclose that but instead offered the "account" reference number they left during their message. When I refused again to give my phone number, she hung up on me. I called back again, telling her my next call will be to an attorney, she put me on hold for a brief moment. When she came back on, she asked for my phone number again. I told her I have the account number that was given and was told to have that for handy for reference and was put on hold again. Again, after she came back on, she asked for my phone number and then hung up when I refused. She was very rude.....
