    This is from TechExperts. They sent me a packet in the mail thanking me for signing up for their services, which I never did, and all I needed to do was go to their website to activate my account. I called the 866 number and told them I'd never signed up for this...how could I have? The girl  over the line said it was something I'd clicked for a $10 rebate coupon. I don't believe it. I don't need computer support, as my husband is a computer geek and knows almost everything there is to know. I canceled this and got a confirmation number for the cancellation. I got a call from this number this morning "confirming" my cancellation. I'll see if I get any more calls or contact from them.

    Yes its from techexperts. They said i signed when I ordered printer ink online. They cancelled the services no questions asked. Very nice about it.
