Call opened saying it was for my mother saying it was from her "healthcare provider," even though when their healthcare provider calls they refer to themselves by company name.  The recording told her to call back at 866-220-9413 and enter in a numerical 'message code,' which they provided for her.  They never identified themselves, and she's not going to call them back.

They called for my son.  The caller claimed to be  his 'health care provider and said to call this number with and put in a message code by March 3rd.  
He's an out of state grad student and no legitimate company would not identify themselves. What's with this scare tactic?

Same as above form health care provider with a message code. Seemed strange so I found this site. I will not be calling back.

It is NextRx with a legitimate reminder to refill a prescription. It is their automated prescription reminder service. You can disenroll from it if it is a nuisance.

Received call saying "will be deactivated on January 16, 2014. A new card will arrive in 5-7 business days. Please follow the instructions to activate it immediately. If you have questions call the number on the back of your current card. To repeat this message press star". Show unavailable and the # 866-220-9413 on caller ID. Has scam written all over it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Called me, left no message.   When I called back, the message said it was the "Bank Card Services Message Retrieval Center, press 1 to Continue".  I hung up.
