A fraudulent charge is trying to go through on my account today - the information listed is CPI Pay.com ... using this phone number 1-866-220-9921.  I called four times this morning, spoke twice to a female who gave her name as Christina - the other two times, the female who answered would not give a name. She said this company is a processor and that her company is just the answering service for them. She claimed that they don't have a valid phone number to reach CPI Pay because it is a new client.  When I asked why they are doing business with a company that is listed all over the internet for fraudulent transactions, she hung up on me.  She did say they would put a credit through for the $68.51 that they are trying to steal from my account, but that it would take at least 3 days to credit.

Did you get your money back?  Am in same situation

they also stole from me over $80.00 and i don't even know who they are and im trying to get it back and haven't still i hope some one would catch them and do something to make them stop

BE AWARE THEY FIND OUT SOMEHOW YOUR EMAIL AND TAKE MONEY FROM DEBIT CARDS FIGHT THEM TILL THEY GIVE IT BACK

your bank can reverse charges and their fraud department file charges

noticed payment taken from my bank account on the 03/02/2010. I did not authorise this, don't know who it is, and never had phone call from this number. The amount was $129.99 converts to just over £85 GB

By the way my advice; go straight to your bank. Report it, and let them deal with it. The bank will cancel your card, send you a new one, and stop your account if neccesary. They will also investigate fraud, and hopefully you should get your money back. PLEASE REPORT THIS IF IT HAPPENS TO YOU.

I too had a charge of $129.99 I contacted my bank, they have a fraud charge against them as well, my bank will have to reverse the charges but this takes up some time.  I called that number listed and the lady asked for my name and number but I refused to give it to her, she said she would take care of the credit but I told her I already have a fraud claim against them - THIS NEEDS TO STOP...

I just received my statement and I had two cc charges for 39.99 hit my card. I called and opened and fraud inquiry with Capital One, and cancelled that credit card. Sneaking snakes made a charge on 1/23 & 2/3. I hope the fraud depts. of these credit card companies nail them.

They nailed me twice for $85.00 plus exchange fees Feb01  and Feb 16.  I am deniying charges with affidavids with Bank. Froze my Bank Account today. Some Terrorist in GB HAS US ALL P....ED OFF.

I didn't get a phone call but I did receive a postcard asking for me to participate in a survey, with this phone number on it... I'd like to know where they got my information from and how they were able to get your information to charge your accounts!  If they're able to get your information just by calling them the government needs to block these numbers.
