Received message asking that I call Beth at 866-223-1851 but did not identify a company or the purpose of  her call

I received a call from Dave at 866-223-1851.  No company identified.

i received a call today.  i called back and got now answer...

Someone from this number called and my daughter answered.  She was asked if my husband or I were available.  She told them no, that we were at work and could she take a message.  She was told no and they hung up.  I want to know who they are.  I called back and got a recording that did not identify the caller.

Pay your bills people!  I to owe money from my layoff in September 2008!  Amazing how many people are so "stupid" and have no clue!  Right!!  Possibly linked to 480-305-0434 because the caller ID had the 380 # on it first, and then they must have pushed "1" for unavailable calls and the 866 # appeared!
