Some Tips:
*Keep all messages
*Take a picture of your Caller ID
*Keep any and all conversations recorded to your states recording laws, some require they be told, others do not. This can be transferred to a recording device.
*Keep a notebook handy for writing time,date, who you spoke with and what the conversation detailed.
*Check your SOL for your state as well.
*Attorneys need to be licensed as a DC to collect, all DC's must be licensed in their state as well as yours if different.

Person making threats about mediations and lawsuits

This company called for the wrong person as this suspected person used to have my phone number or gave them my number to avoid being contacted. This company described everything about the lawsuit without verifying through voicemail that this is in fact the person they wanted.

I recieved a call from 866-223-2714 from francis gore at 866-223-2714 and was told he wanted my son's phone number or for me to have my son call them at morgan mediation group, he was iritable about me asking questions, he said they are located in erie new york ext#206 for a dept collection. I beleive this is a scam due to my son having no credit or outstanding dept.
