You can remove your number from their list by calling there number back (1866-223-7171) and a recording will ask if you want to be remove and you press #1 then enter your ten digit phone number they've been calling and they say they will remove you in the next 30 days. - DAI just received a call from an unidentified woman showing this number on caller id. She asked for my boss (who has a different phone number than me) and when I said, "Who's calling please," she asked, "Is he there?" When I told her, "Yes, but that wasn't an answer to my question," she hung up.
Very rude. If she was really calling on behalf of Smile Train, she is doing them a disservice by being so rude. And my boss has actually donated to them before...- Caller: Would not identify self
- wilhofThis is Infocision calling on behalf of Smile Train. They called this afternoon (Sun), last night at 7:45 and at least fout other times in the past week. I have been a loyal supporter of the Smile Train direct mail campaign for the past 5-6 years, but when they call less than three weeks after my last donation looking for more money, my support just came to an end. I will never support any organization that uses telephone solicitation. This has gotten way too far out of hand.

- DCWDisplay screen read 800 Service and this number. No msg left. Now blocked. Sorry to hear it is Smile Train, an organization that we formerly supported. No more contributions from us.
- ssdo not call me again. I have put myself on the do not call three times. I will report you
- OffthelistAsked for another person ... I've owned this number over 2 years ... only answered to request being taken off their list, which I was assured would be done "right away."
It was auto-dialed with a pause between my hello and when an actual human was connected to the call.- Caller: Smile Train
- TerThis is Smile Train. They use a few different numbers to call for donations. I've blocked their number a few times and they just call back with a new one. If you call the number back you can have your number removed from their call list. Just press 1, enter your number and then confirm it. Wait for the confirmation before hanging up. The message informs you that they have 30 days to remove you from their list but that they will try to do it in the next couple of days. I used to donate to them because I felt what they did was so important but these calls have been going on for months and they are relentless. Several days per week and at times multiple calls in one day. Operation Smile is just as bad. I wonder if they realize that harassing donors does not increase the likelihood of a donation but has the opposite result. So annoying! Good luck getting removed from their call lost.

- jasonThis number is used by Infocision, a telemarketing co. shilling for Smile Train. As a point of interest, S.T.
only gets slightly more than 23% of whatever is raised. You are better off giving directly, or better yet, giving to a charity that doesn't make a nuisance of themselves via telemarketing. - BryanRegular calls, no messages. It's criminal.
