Just recieved this same message do not believe it is real just called the clerk of Courts here in my town and there is no document of this.

Fake!  Just received a call today with a automated message from a man named Aaron McDoogle saying that he was an process server for the surrounding area counties and that he would be delivering a summons to my job and I would need two forms of ID and he would need a manager or supervisor's signature.  He said that I could contact Delaware & Associates at 1-866-226-1084 ext. 102 to get more information.  I did not call the number back but looked up this company on Google today and it does NOT exist.  I have received these types of calls and have received the same type of automated message.

You are absolutely correct - they're scammers!  Why would a process server call to let someone know ahead of time he's going to be served?  That's right - a legitimate process server wouldn't call ahead!  As to the needing two forms of ID and needing a manager or supervisor's signature - the person being served doesn't need ID and doesn't need anyone else to sign for the summons.  Typical scammer BS basically.

I just received this same phone call only from ext 103 saying I was being charged for computer fraud!  But he has my social security number...what steps do I take?

James Gorin just called me job and my husband today saying I am being charged with computer fraud and check fraud.  If I didn't call him back by June 7th he was filing a case in my county.  His return number was 866-226-1084 x103.  I don't think this is real because the company he works for doens't even exist.  And if I'm being charged, then come serve me.

Yes, it's a scam.  Report them to the FTC, the FBI and your state's Attorney General.  Because they have your information, call your bank and put fraud alerts on all your accounts.  Also do the same with the three credit agencies (Experian, Equifax and TransUnion).  They're scammers and their spiel of "charged with internet check fraud" is absolutely ridiculous.

This sounds like a scam.  If you speak to them again, demand validation of the supposed debt through the mail.  I'll bet they won't send anything.  Also, do not give them any information (even though you said they have lots of your info).  Try to get them to give you their mailing address so that you can send them a certified_mil debt validation demand, or a cease-communication letter, whichever is most appropriate.  Read up on the FDCPA to learn your rights.

Just called my cell phone. Missed the call. Call them back listen to recording press zero for operator someone picks up and I tell them I received a missed call from this number I was wanting to see what it was about. Asks for my phone number I gave it because they already have it because they called me on it. She says nothing is coming up under that number. Then she asked my name and I would not give it to her. She said "I can't tell you why we called without your name." I said that's fine and she hung up.

I'd like for them to call again.

HE STATED TO ME THAT I OWED FOR A PAYDAY LOAN THRU WESTERN SKY, AT THE TIME I GOT IT, I ONLY MADE ONE PAYMENT JUST TO FIND OUT A MONTH LATER I WAS LAID- OFF, I CALLED AND TALKED TO MANY PPL THERE AT CASH CALL OR WESTERN SKY AND THEY WERE JUST RUDE, I ASKED JAMES DID HE HAVE ANY NOTES STATING THAT I WAS ASKING FOR THEM TO WORK WITH ME AND HE SAID NO, SO NOW HE TOLD ME THAT I NEED TO 1200, 632 BY JUNE 12, OR I WILL BE SERVED PAPERS BY THE SHERIFF IN MY TOWN AND HAVE A MISDEMEANOR ON MY BACKGROUND, I HAVE A CLEAN BACKGROUND, BUT WHAT HAPPENS IF I DON'T GO TO COURT, WILL I HAVE A WARRANT FOR MY ARREST OR WILL I JUST NEED TO PAY IT BACK THRU THE COURT? It's a bunch of crap, if you owe the very most they can do is serve you, you go to court, can work out a payment arrangement, there is no 'debters prison'. If you do actually get a summons and ignore it that's anothter story, but as their primary method seems to be scare tactics, I wouldn't be too concerned.

They told me they were going to go to the dept of motor vechicals to put a judgement against my car that is paid off

I just received this call, the number was restrict. So I sent it to voicemail. I could not understand his name. He stated I would be served a court order within 24 hours, at an address I've never lived at and ask for me by my maiden name, which I haven't used in 7 years. When I called the court house, they stated I have nothing on file. And the number he gave me is not in service.

I just received a call this morning on my work phone from a James at the some phone number of 866-226-1084. He stated something about court on this comming Tuesday Aug 27, 2013. to call his office back. However I didn't call back I wanted to check this number out first. It looks like everyone has been getting this call. I did finally call and I push 0 for operator and some man came on saying law office and I just hung up. I will not be calling back, I 've had calls like this before.

Don't be worried, I've had payday loans too never got to pay any of them back, They will keep taken from you and taken from you. Legally they are unsecured loans, meaning if they don't get payback that is on them.
