this is an unethical debt collection company that poses as a legal firm that is about to serve you a court summons. Do not worry and don't fall for the scam. If you were in any danger of getting a court summons you would have gotten it without any prior notification. However, what they are doing is not only unethical but they are also skirting the legal limits of what a company can do to collect a debt. This company called my employer, which is illegal under the terms of my bankruptcy filing. If they persist in calling you try to get thier information, then report it to your states Attorney General office. If you can record the conversation, that might help in prosecuting them and putting them out of business.
