Who is this? should be illegal this kind of harassment

call all hours day and night!

calls all the time sometimes 7-8x a day

I have told the callers I am not who they are looking for - was promised they would remove my number from their list but the cell phone continues to ring and their number displaying.

I keep getting calls and voicemails on my cell for some other idiot that owes Sallie Mae money.  Called them back and told them (using some select words) to stop calling me because I don't owe them and they were costing me money by calling my cell phone.  After telling me several times "not to cuss", the CS rep told me that because I couldn't make out the last name of the debtor on my voicemail that there was little she could do about it.  Um, you've got my number, just stop calling it you morons.

If I keep getting 5 calls a day, the next CS rep I talk to better hope I'm in a good mood when I call back.
