Robo-call from presumably collection agency, requesting "name" to call 1-866-226-3381...
Used *67 to anonomize the call and called back-it went straight to Muzak on hold. Google and it comes up in numbers that place calls and harass...

Familiar robo-call voice (aussie women's voice) and message to other collection agencies-will update as more becomes known. ;)

2 calls today. 1 from 866-226-3381 and 800-337-1836. Apparently both from Plaza Associates. I just called the first # and got someone with Plaza Associates. She told me without my name she couldn't do anything. I said  "That's alright I've already complained about the 800 number on the donotcall list and now I'll complain about this 866 number as well. She didn't like that very much and then said she would make a note of my number. Suuurrre she will! I've only had this phone for about a month and it's been this type of junk since day one. The last owner of my number must have been a real deadbeat.
I told her I'd be placing both numbers on the complaint list a soon as possible.

My advice do not talk to these scumbags.
