The panel reads "800 Service" which usually means it's a spam call.  When I pick up and immediately place on mute, there is silence and then it usually hangs up.  That tells me it is a computer program calling, versus a human.  This number has called us a few times.

Don't let the name "800 Service" fool you into believing it can only be a scammer.  Many businesses use that in the CID, since it is a default display from the service that issued the toll free number.  Both legitimate businesses and scammers use toll free numbers, so you never know who it is from simply from a CID display.

Did not answer, went to voice mail.  Claim to be Smile Train. Person asked for me by name several times, getting louder each time.  Then repeated "hello" several times.  Finally hung up.
