- Dave replies to cas516For all you people that got scammed, you still can get your money back.
I live in Colorado and I got my money back way back in November. I threatened them with a letter to the Attorney Generals Office, which I wrote anyway.
I talked to a Pamela L. Crabtree over the phone just a few minutes ago & she gave me their e-mail, which is: www.consumerinfo@azag.gov, I told them to check into this web site & punch in 866-228-1231 & look at all the complaints! They just don't seem to get it! But, if any of you are checking back to this site e-mail them and if you would rather call them at 602-542-5763 and asks for Pamela L. Crabtree.
Good luck! These people need to be stopped and have criminal charges against them in my opinion.
Yesterday Oprah had a really good program on scams from over seas! There is nothing that can be done to stop them, but we can stop these crooks in our country. - Dave replies to Jerry15029 N Thompson Peak Pkwy # B111-620

- BartoloThese people is charging my credit card for 39.90 a month !!
Reported to fraud department of the credit card company !!
I have no idea of who they are ! - gbd replies to SuziThis company is an internet scam. They probably go by several names but one of their names is ULTINCOMEPRO. First they charge you $1.95 and tell you they are part of Google work at home program. I read through the print and never noticed the hidden fee of $129.95 they say you pay if you don't cancel within 3 days. I telephoned them 3 1/2 days later by callin 866-228-1231 and they would not cancel anythng because there really are not providing you with any service. It is a scam.
- gbd replies to RayboOh forgot to mention, so I called 866-228-1231 (the company probably uses different company names, the one for me was ULTINCOMEPRO)to cancel and it was 3 1/2 days later instead of 3 days so they would not cancel. Really yo uare not paying for any service so there is nothing for them to cancel. All you are doing is Google AdSense which is free anyway. So I went on to tell the representatives that I did not authorize any $129.95 and was unaware of any hidden fees of $129.95 and they misrepresented themselves as being part of Google and they are not. Since they would not agree to refunding me, I immediately telephoned my bank and put the charge in dispute, having it removed from my credit card account and also placing a Stop Bill on my credit card. Everyone needs to report this to Google as well as the FTC.
- gbd replies to DaveProbably tons. phone number 866-228-1231 they went by ULTINCOMEPRO (not sure how many other names they go by). They are a scam and say they are selling a Google kit but is nothing you cannot do on your own and for free. I almost got had. I noticed the extra $129.95 on my credit card, called 3 1/2 days later (versus 3 days) and they refused to refund my monies. I then telephoned my bank back and got the $129.95 and the $1.95 removed from my credit card. Now I need to wait 30 days to see if they try to recharge but since I also put a "STOP BILL" they will not be able to recharge my credit card. This is horrible.
- GBD replies to DaveProbably tons. I just cannot believe it that our own FTC cannot arrange to block their web site from displaying here without at least a warning pop up tht indicates companies of this nature are scams.
- Les replies to DaveI got the same thing, $1.95 and then all of a sudden a $129.95 charge which I am disputing with my card holder. They should be shut down and investigated for consumer fraud.
- Les C ForsI'm looking for url for this company does anyone have it? I was charged $129.95 plus $1.95. It was for data entry posting Items to various web sites. Thanks for any help you can give me.
- Dr. HatesfraudI looked up this company on line ultincomepro out in Arizona since I questioned a charge to my credit card account. This website pulled up. Please be aware this company is FRAUD also incomedelux and Int.security CPI.com is FRAUD as well. I have multiple fraud charges on my credit card account with the names listed that I have documented.
- Still waiting replies to DaveHello,
I too, was charged an additional $129.90 on my credit card without my consent or authorization. I was told that they would refund the $129.90, more than 60 days ago and it has not been credited to my account as of yet. I would like to pursue the assistance of the Attorney General but have very little information about this company. Do you have a name and business address? - Lori C TaylorI was promised my 1 charge of $129.98, 2nd charge of $39.95, my 3rd & 4th charges of $39.95 each & 5th & 6th charges of $12.95 each and they were never given back to me. I have contacted the FTC, BBB, IC3 (for Internet crimes), Officer Harker & the Attorney General. I have received no money back even though someone spoke to Officer Harker and they told him it would be back in my account within 30 days and it has been 3 months and it was never returned. I want my money back as promised.
