    CID shows TOLL FREE CALL in addition to number.  Call center, supposedly Citizens Bank.  Asking for a simple name and pronouncing it incorrectly.  One of the half dozen callers said hello a couple of dozen times in several different ways and went into more detailed greetings at various points all while receiving silence in return-it was practically comical if not for the sheer volume of the nonsense and downright scamming scumbag callers on any given day.  I disconnected after two and a half minutes of this not knowing or wanting to find out how much longer it could continue.
