received a call asking for Paul and left this number to call back.  Robert said that he was from OCC and wanted to verify information.  When I asked what this was all about he said that he needed confirmation of info.  He said that this number was on an application, but what type he wouldn't say.  Now I'm concerned about fraud.  He assured me that I wouldn't receive any more calls....Don't trust them

that is exactly what Carlos said when he called and left a message to call this number to call back. I do not trust them someone should be able to stop them.  I also am concern about fraud.

Received a voice mail on my cell from Carlos telling me to call and "check my email"
Had an email supposedly from One click cash...  Never heard anyone with a hispanic name with a thick Indian accent...
He then called my home, and my wife answered.  It was "Carlos", but it was the same guy that tried to Phish info from us on the 8th of Jan from 925-309-6198 claiming to be an attorney from the "Department of Justice, McGougans Division" that threatened to harm us if we didn't make an ACH payment of $795.12 immediately.  Told him to go screw himself and hung up, he called back 4 more times with scary things like "You will be sorry when this rains down on you, May god have mercy on your soul"
Filed a report with the FBI and the local Sheriff.
When he called today, my wife insulted his religion and said she'd send him a side of beef for his birthday... He screamed lots of obscenities and hung up LOL

Stop calling my cell phone bugging me

This is yet another number that called asking me for Kenneth.  It's my cell phone which is on the National Do Not Call Registry.  I only answered because it was an 800 number figuring it might actually be real.  I told them I'm not buying into their scams and not to call me back.  Doubt it will work though.  Nothing has so far.

OCC is a real loan compay people act like they are not applying for any loans and then want to get mad if they get a call how else will they get your number if y'all think it's a scam stay off the internet applying for stuff. I received my cash and repaid it with no problems.

I got a call from these people. I started to get a loan from MoneyMutual by Montel Williams but I didn't go through with it. I wasn't sure about the company so I didn't do it. I had unexpected things to come up and I got a loan from another company and paid it back and haven't had a problem out of them. They are just trying to you to get a payday advance from them but the thing is, you don't know how much you will have to pay back!! That's why I didn't do it. I didn't want to borrow $300 and wind up paying back $500!!

Same as everybody so far,I got a call from someone named James. Most of what I heard was pretty clear except who he was representing - think he said LCC,or something like that. Anyway,he told me to check my e-mail and call them back,something about going over some information. The only e-mail he could have been talking about was from some group Payday-Loan-Yes. The slow and skinny of it was that after reviewing my application,they were denying my request for an advance. I've never heard of them,I never applied for any advance from PLY and I have no intention of calling them back. I did take out a loan a few months ago from another company,but that's been paid off for a while. Left an e-mail telling them not to call me back;doubt it will,but if they do I will certainly report them.

Some woman called and asked for me by name and instead of telling her it was me, I asked her who she was. She said some name ( I forget ) and I asked "Who's that?" Then she said she was with "O.C.C" to which I asked her "What's O.C.C.?" She got frustrated, sighed and said that she'd call back another time. When I looked up their phone number on this website, I realized that O.C.C. stood for One-Click-Cash, which is an online payday loan website. I had actually just been on their website a few minutes prior to her call and was about to get a loan online and then canceled the transaction at the last minute. She was probably just calling to see if she could talk me into changing my mind, but I had no idea where she was calling from at the time. So, I personally wouldn't consider them a "fraud", but they are so unprofessional sounding on the phone that I wouldn't have given out any information either!

Me too.  I did a cash advance from them and paid it back according to the schedule we set up.  They now call every few weeks offering me another payday loan.

866 228 6669 called my mother's residence and asked for me, not my home phone #.  when I called the number back to see who they were and what they wanted, "robert" answered and would not identify the company until I provided 4 "points of identification"  including ssn, dl, etc.  I asked him to identify what company he was with, and why he was calling, and when he would not do it without those "4 pts of identification" I told him any further communication would need to be in writing as I don't give out personal information over the phone.

Called asking for the last 4 of my ss#.  They had my name tight.Not comfortable with that. And that was absolutely all they would tell me: " Rick with OCC, a loan company."

I have been receiving calls like that too. Asking for information like ss, dob & address verifiction. Then they say its from some attorneys office, but they wont tell me what its all about. They only say it is a personal matter and for me to confirm by identity. I just tell them that they need to send me the information to my address if they have it or to my attorney.

It is a scam you idiot when there demanding you to make them a payment when you have not received [***]. And have the nerve to harrass you at work with threats if you don't pay up. And to boot I can't even understand the cockroach with the deep indian accent trying to rip you off to be the next slumdog millionaire with other people's money no way srew you lady if you think this is not a scam

Checked out the money mutual website. Didn't want to pay 658% intrest.  They wanted $150 to barrow $500!!!! Didn't go through with the loan but still get calls from OCC One Click Cash!!!!

I keep getting calls and emails from this so called OCC. They are scamming for sure noone should give them any information about themselves at all. Everytime I get a call from them they tell me I need to give them identifiable info about myself and I tell them I work for a federal agency and I am not an idiot. I also tell them that they called me why do I need to identify myself? If they are ligitimate they would know all of that info to start with and would not threaten people or ask for personal info. Be safe and do not talk to these people. They are scammers!!!

This morning at about 8 am i get a call. i answer. This woman ses in a mumbled voice this what ever name i can't recall. i am from the occ asking for my husband. i said who is this again and what company is that, what does occ stand for and she sighs and repeats herself. can you have your husband check his email. i am so infurriated, she can call my phone and be rude to me? oh no way. so i asked her again and she ses she cant disclose any information on what occ is. so i hang up on her and call back to investigate., another man answer and was very rude also. so i google occ and didnt come up with anything. so i google the number and find this website. i think this is a SCAM!! how they were acting does not make any sense. very unproffesional if this were a legit company. i am so very pissed right now!!!!
