    Got a call yesterday morning, could barely understand what the person was saying.  He said I signed up for a free trial and I would receive a product package with a 15 day trial.  After the trial my credit card would be charged.  Logged onto my banking website to see they've taken $40 already.  I don't know what this is for, but I will be disputing it.

    Alliance Marketing charged my credit card $49.95 for a monthly "membership" fee for something I didn't order.  They said since they had my name, address and cc#, I had ordered "something."  They couldn't tell me what I ordered.

    I cancelled "whatever I ordered" but they still got me for $49.95 for last month.

    EVERYONE...PAY ATTENTION TO YOUR BILLS!  This is an absolute rip-off and calling the 866 number gets you nowhere.

    this just happen to me to and i havent given anyone my credit card information. i dont know who they are but they took 39.99 out of my account and im about to despute it but my bank is closed right now.

    Same thing here! I just checked my bank account today and this company took 49.95 out of my account on the 16th. Made me wish I had checked sooner. Now I'll have to wait until after christmas to go to my bank. I've never heard of this company and know I didn't order anything from them. And seeing as I am on a fixed income, I would have remembered making a purchase or buying a service that costs that much!!

    BTW I didn't get a call by this company, unless my nephew or mother answered the phone. All I know is today when I checked my account this company took out $49.95. Couldn't help noticing that most everyone here said it was a monthly fee. They better not try to take that out of my account each month!!

    A-M-G ATTEMPTED TO TAKE OUT $39.99 FROM MY ACCOUNT ON JANUARY 10TH, 13TH, AND 17TH 2012; ALL WERE DENIED BECAUSE I HAD INSUFFICIENT FUNDS, THAT IS THE ONLY THING THAT SAVE ME!

    CALL YOUR BANK AND PUT A BLOCK ON YOUR CARD IMMEDIATELY. THEN ORDER  A NEW CARD WITH TOTALLY NEW CARD NUMBER ON THERE (EXPLAIN EXACTLY WHAT HAPPENED). THAT WILL ALLEVIATE THESE SCAMMERS FROM STEALING ANY MONEY THAT ISNT THEIRS TO BEGIN WITH. THERE ARE LEGAL LOOPHOLES THAT A-M-G USES TO GET AWAY WITH THIS. IT IS NOT FAIR, BUT IT'S THE AMERICAN WAY. BE CAREFUL WHAT YOU ORDER ONLINE!!!! THAT WAS WHERE I MADE MY MISTAKE...LESSON LEARNED.

    Yep, same thing happened to me - a random call with a ploy for a free membership card,then out of nowhere charges on my account that I did not authorize.

    I called this number back 1-866-229-0947 and asked the guy why I was charged 39.99 for something I knew nothing about. He told me that I had a free trial and that I had verfified my bank account information, What a load of CRAP! I was out of town and had a baysitter here! She did not know my bank information and only told them my name! I demanded that I speak to a manager and he say "I'm certified to deal with all calss!" I said I don't care get me a manager! Finally talked to a manager and closed the account, also recieving a full refund. I did mention a lawyer....they don't know I don't have one. Now I have a subscription to a magazine that I am about to cancel as well, came from the same phone call!

    call them, demand to speak to a manger and threaten them with a lawyer. It worked for me, just a few minutes ago. Hope this helps.

    Same thing happened to me. I called the number and at first they said it wasn't refundable. I asked if I needed to call the attorney general.  They said they would refund my money (49.95). It was preceded by a phone call from a telemarketer claiming I had won 2.5 million dollars.  We'll see if they refund the money or not.

    That I remember I never received a call from these crooks.  Yet, I got a call from my bank today questioning if I had made a charge of $49.95 to these people.  I have no idea how they got my credit card number.  But, they won't get any money out of me.  My bank advised me to cancel my credit card, and they will issue a new one to me.  Everyone please be aware.  Watch your credit card bills very closely.  These people are real crooks for sure.

    They got me for $49.95 on May 1st.  My bank cancelled my credit card.  I called them back demanding that they refund my money.  They told me the charge was not refundable.  I told them either refund the money or I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau and filing a police report.  Then I was told that they would refund the money, but I had to give them 7 to 10 business days to get a check to me.  I told them that if I didn't have a good check from them two weeks from today, I would be contacting the Better Business Bureau and the police.  I will see if they refund me my money.  I just can't believe what these places are getting by with.  I never lost my credit card, it was in my possession.  Someone needs to figure out how these crooks are getting people's credit card numbers.  Everone plese be aware and totally check your credit card statements every month.
