They called & left no message.So I called back, played innocent& said that I found this # on my caller id with no message & who were they & what did they want.They are Credit Management Services a collection agency,I informed them that I have no credit cards so theyve got the wrong #.

Its easy to stop them from calling. Simply send them in writing(certified mail)that you will no longer accept thier phone calls but will communicate by mail(first class). The law will restict the companies ability to continue to call you. Now they could once again re-sell your debt to another collection agency, so you made need to repeat the process.  (OR)
Simply tell them you've filed for Bankruptcy and they were sent a notice(Claim you have the mail-receipt). Under the law, the collection agency must immediately stop contacting you. Assure them you'll have someone contact them if they bother you again...Tell them nothing more...
