Scam. Denied the call since it was under 'Unknown Caller', and received a voicemail within minutes. The caller goes by the name of 'Claire', and says that she is with the law state. She calls to get an address for an apparent 'Gerald Blackberry' and suggests you call her back.

Scam.  Called number back and they said the were going to prosecution me...lol.

Scam. This company has been calling my home every few weeks for a couple of years now.  They keep asking for my adult daughter, who never lived at this address.  They always threaten to prosecute.  I usually let the answering machine pick up, but sometimes I pick up and really tell them off.  It doesn't seem to matter, they keep calling.

Received a call today stating that they we're trying to serve me and had the wrong address. These people had an old address, my ss#, on old employer etc. I asked what this is in reference to because this was the first I heard of this and the woman stated I had a payday loan of $300 and never repaid so now I'm being served to come to court and be prosecuted. I told the woman I never had a payday loan in my life and why would I only apply for $300?... I'm glad I searched this number because I was really trying to figure this out. I am going to report this to the police and everyone else should to.

I get calls from this number about a payday loan i did in Sept. 2010 for 300 bux. I never did that loan. they are called Cardinal collections or something. they say I will get a summons in a week if I dont pay. What should I do.

Do not pay.  They area a scam

Company is called Allied Processing. They raise to give me a physical address for their company. Their website comes up under scam by several sites.  If you try and click the link; my browser told me it was an unsecured site.  Company also refuses to send Validation of debt Letter via us mail
