    Individual by the name of Ricky called and left voicemail stated he was with Charter Communication and there was a problem with my "router" I do not have a "router" with Charter only a modem.  Have verified with Charter Communication that this is a scam.

    That number is legit.  The representative that said this is a scan was mistaken.  I suggest calling the main number and verifying again.
