this number is nco financial services.it is a collection company.

It's NCO Financial.  They call constantly with "great" offers for you to pay a debt.  What they do not tell you is that the "great" offer is ONLY with them, not the original creditor!  The original creditor can still go after you for the FULL amount of the debt not just the "settlement offer" of NCO!  It's a scam and it will keep your credit in the toilet!  Make sure that you pay the original creditor and not NCO Financial!

I received a call from this number earlier today. As usual, I did not answer because I did not recognize it. As unusual, I decided to call the number back. I received the following canned (pre-recorded message) which said "Thank you for calling NCO. Our offices are currently closed. Out normal business hours are Monday - Thursday 12:00 Noon to 9:30 PM E.S.T. and Friday & Saturday 12:00 Noon to 5:00 PM E.S. T.. Please leave your name and number and an agent will call you back during those hours". I therefore conclude that any calls from this number have to be scams. Does NCO think that people are that stupid to call back a number that does not even leave a voice message, and when you call the number back (if you choose to do so), you get a message to leave your name and number and an agent will call you back during normal business hours? They are wasting expensive computer time and resources to have computers make calls when their office is closed.
