i called the # gave the my so called "case #" he started asking my name, phone, nuber, ss#, other personal info. I came back questioning the Co. name, his name. what the co. i ws suppose to be in default to. then the representative said, "thank u for your time" hung up

I received a call from 866-230-0728.  The woman who answered. tried to tell me that they were a law firm and they were sueing me through court.  TI went up to the business who generated the collection and they gave me the collections name and address that they turned over all the late bill payments to. It is not this phone #.  This phone number tries to get information and money by credit card or pre-paid debt.  They will not give out there address to send a money order. They won't your credit information.  DO not give It to them!!!!!! I did' not.  report to your state attorney generals office and the national credit bueru association. SCam Plus. Just don't give them your info... Everyone Stubles. a legit Credit Collection Agency will give more alternatives than just pay by debet, credit or phone, and will at least give you a PO Box to Pay. This collection company refuses!!! Don't Fall into there trap.  REport To the State you live in!!!!

This company left a vm on my answering machine for an unrelated individual.  I am unaware as to why they called my number.  The rep mentioned the individual was officially notified???
