    Called Sunday morning 10:15 a.m. why are these people such cowards that they won't leave a message.
    You can't voice your opinion in "Call Type" because they don't leave a message.  Shame on you for annoying
    people, you just don't have any guts!

    You are being called by criminals. You have to understand that. They could be foreign, or domestic. They use software to mask their true caller ID. If they are foreign, and using voip, there is no caller ID. Just whatever they make it appear. Do not answer, do not call back, consider call blocking. You have to know that many of these callers are in countries where scamming American's isn't important, or in some cases a crime. You lock your car? House doors? Look at your phone the same way. Protect it.
