got a call about beign served with court papers at my home from a "locator" they had my last four of social, a previous address and phone number they also gave me a case number. Her name was Kim Stone she stated if I wanted to know who hired her to call CCS 8662302827. Called them spoke to Paul Thompson and stated his company name was Capitol Consumer Services I asked for work id number from him and the address to this business and stated he could not tell me unless I verified my social security number and after more attempts at getting his information he stated that I was " grilling" him they were very rude and agreesive I believe its a scam. I looked them up and cannot verify business or phone number
