was a recording to wait for a connect....after about 10 seconds then said again to wait for connect...after about 5 more seconds said they couldn't connect and would call back later

had exactly the same thing as Nancy's comment. had a bed feeling and hung up.

Appeared to be fraud/abuse of health care system

Is a legitimate call from Blue Cross Blue Shield.  They called because my plan was cancelled.  I had reenrolled in a new plan on my own.

They updated my information and said if they issue my plan again they will let me know and removed me from the calls.

Phone rang on Sunday afternoon.  When I picked up, "call ended".  I don't care if this is from a legitimate company with whom I've done business or an unsolicited telemarketer, I consider it a NUISANCE call since it occurred on Sunday.

Called asking for someone who does not reside at this number. It must be the 30th time they have called in 2 years. I Have told them to remove my number every time.they say they will but they don't. I am SICK of this caller bothering me ! ! ! !

I checked with Anthem BCBS and she said they don't make calls like this. In fact, I just got our 2013 cards.

This place calls themselves "Health Plan Advisors" - they represent themselves as part of Blue Cross Blue Shield, but they are lying.  Do not give them your information
