left weird msg. on several relatives phones concerning my son.  How this company or person, Joseph Turner got various relatives phone numbers is beyond me.  They were looking for my son apparently, stating they have pending complaints against him and they are sending a package to his place of employment, but he can avoid this if he calls the plaintiff at this 866-230-4358.   One of the recipients of the message called this number and asked what it was about, they told her that my son has (2) pending class C felonies for fraud against him and they cited a complaint/case number.  I think this is a "scam"....first off a legit bill collector cannot give out any "information" about the person to someone they contact.   Also if they are "felony complaints", I am sure law enforcement would be on top of this, not some "location service" or whatever they want to call themselves.

I think whoever this person was, they were trying to "fish" for information about my son.  My son thinks it's a debt collector....a few years back he got a "payday" loan from some Indian company and they were withdrawing automatic payments from his checking account even after the loan was paid back, which they claim they did not get full payment.   My son contacted the back and the company and ultimately the bank "blocked" payment to that Indian Company.  My son tried to resolve the issue with them by telling them that the loan was paid in full and then the last withdrawal was in excess and he demanded that they refund him the difference, which they never did and still had him on the books as "owing" them the money.   Scam Artists

Called a family member and left message to call with some type of claim number. Unknown to me how they got my family member number, when I never use them for anything.
