Got a call from this number and got set up in a rehabilitation for my school loan, at least I think I did. Got an email from a Sasha Benton who was the supervisor apparently. The email said it was a company called “student loan coach” Now I can’t reach them for the life of me. I think I’ve been duped.

An individual by the name of Rachel Cooper, who rattled off an Agent ID, called about "urgent changes" made to my student loan account. I KNOW this is a spam call because they called a brand new number that I have only given to two family members so far. Don't let these people sweet talk you into anything. They sound legit, but they are not. They try to come off as legitimate by using an "Agent ID", having stateside call centers employing people with American accents, etc.

Perhaps the biggest indicator this is a junk call is that they never mentioned the company name or branch of government

Rachael cooper called and left a message about my urgent changes to student loans. A guy answered when I called them back. He talked slower than molasses and said Rachael was unavailable. When I ask what company he was with he said student debt relief. He started asking If I had more than 10k in loans. I hung up immediately because he clearly had no idea what was up with any of my loans. These people are a joke and I would beware.

I called back and Rachel Cooper was not available and a guy said it was regarding a student loan forgiveness and asked questions.
    1. Do you owe more than 10K in Federal student loans?
    2. Are you currently in school now?
I said yes and he said I am not eligible and hung up abruptly. Sounds fishy.

I received a call from this number twice today and someone by the name of Rachel Cooper left a voicemail saying there has been urgent changes made to my student loan account recently. First thing I did was log into my student loan account and I didn't see any urgent changes made to it. After that, I googled the number and then I see all of these reviews made on it with similar situations.
