I am getting several robo calls asking me to call this number back because they are calling from my health insurance provider (I never gave them this particular phone number). I'm also given a 7-digit "security code". If I try the number from a different phone, it doesn't recognize me and wants the code.

Same here but I'm not calling them back.  They gave me three days to do so on two succeeding days.  The number they call from ((404)381-1643) is identified as a telemarketer and most search sites don't even show this 866 number as a real number.

I received the same call today, saying they were from my health insurance company. I will not call them back.

I actually called my insurance company to see if this number was legit and they couldn't verify it either way; they encouraged me to call them back. I haven't done it. I figure if it was important they would send something in the mail or my insurance company would be able to verify the phone number.
