I believe this is a soliciter, however they hang up before I can get to the phone. I am usually busy and they call every day with no message.

They seem to hang up as soon as I answer, or it is just dead air. Calls once or twice a week.

I am receiving a call about every two days - never leave a message.  I answered once, and no one replied when I said "hello".  I did hear noise in the background as if someone was rustling papers.  My plan is to simply block the number on my phone.

2nd time this number has called in the last week. first time we let the answering machine pick it up. Called back and it was for a couple with the last name LONG. Just today we picked up the fone and there was no one onthe other like

I missed a call from this number on Saturday. Message was from Wellcare in Georgia. I don't have Wellcare so I ignored it. Today, I missed another one from this number and the message was from a man. His message was "go home...go home girl. ?????...I dropped it...sh*t!"
I couldn't understand all of what was said, but you get the idea. Someone really needs to raise their standards for hiring people!

I continuously get  is calls from this number. My child has medicaid and we use the well care plan. Similar to other people's post, they call me all the time and never leave a message. Someone just called me, I answered, said "hello" and then someone hung up on me. I do not owe them any money, I my child just started receving Well care April 1st.

WellCare keeps calling me. Twice I told them cease & diciest all communication on this line. They said we do not have a do not call & cannot take off this number. I think they are soliciting & tracking people's behavior. It's totally against the law to harass any United States citizen, according to common law. They are acting like telemarketers. Also asked me for a case management? Why the hell I need that, that's why my doctors there for.  I also explained its a cell phone & I have to pay for there calls, if I loss my cell phone I'm going to sue.
