I have received a threatening call form this number stating I may be charged with malicious intent to a financial institution.  Anyone else get this?

I have also received a call.  Was it threatening to you?

Very annoying caller. Pretending to be someone wanting to give a legal document. Right??

Just received the same type call stating that a $300 loan from 2010 was never repaid and will be charged with malicious intent to defraud a financial institution.

Got a call stating the would press charges if I didn't call them back

Several calls, some computerized, some a person. Had my name as Eddie. Stated that I call them or stay on line. Something about litigation & my lost address. Anyone else use ancestry.com? I was told that they might have gotten my name from there.
