First call received 11/2014 advising my ex-husband of 17 years (divorced) owed them money and they were going to serve his papers on me.  I advised that was illegal according to the Fair Debt Collection Practice Act, to remove my number from their list and cease and desist calling me.  I provided them with my ex's father's address and advised this is the only information I have. They quickly got off the phone but I saved their information and who I spoke with.
1/20/15 I received a threatening call again from Bayview with a 334-218-4556 number as well.  They left a voice message and I called them back from the law firm I work at after looking them up on the internet.  There is no company in Alabama.  I advised them to remove my number from their system or I would press communication harassment against them.  I have nothing to do with my ex and it has been over 17 years since I have seen him.  Advised them who I spoke with last and they supposedly fired both of them.  Doubt it seriously.  I imagine it had more to do with their caller ID showing up the law firm number.
