we didn't get a call from them, we were actually charged $9.99/month on our cell phone bill for a service we didn't subscribe to by them. luckily we noticed right away. this number showed up on our cell phone bill next to the amount charged. this is a scam they just try to add services and charge you hoping you don't realize. so check your statements and if anything seems odd call your provider to get them to refund you or else you'll end up paying a monthly fee.

Just got my phone bill from T-Mobile and it had a charge of $9.99 and I never called this number.  How did it appear on my bill and how do I get it removed. Hmmm.... I guess i will call T-Mobile and see what they can do.

I noticed this charge as well on one of the lines on my plan. It is listed as "Notice Marketing" and the description is "8662313889 NewFitTi81214" with a charge of $9.99. I assume someone accidentally clicked a SPAM text message or call, either way I called T-Mobile and they were able to cancel it and request a refund for me.

$9.99 charge on my phone bill.  Called T-Mobile, they credited my account, I guess this scam
happens a lot.  I also had them place a block on all third party billing for my phone.  Called the
8662313889 number, I was immediately connected to a person that credited my account then tried
to get a lot of info, I only gave them my name and phone number.  They could not tell me who or
what the charge was for.

Sounds like a neat scam.  Place a charge on 100,000 phone bills, probably only 10-20% of the
people notice it and take the time to cancel, meantime you make $1,000 each month.

Got a charge of 9.99 from this number.  Scam to get money.  Called T-Mobile and had them block this type of charge for future use.  They also gave our money back.

T-mobile wouldnt refund my money or deduct it from my bill even though they know its a scam.Thats just bad customer service. They dont care about anything but making tons of money. This whole cell phonecrap has become a scam. T-Mobile sux !!!!

Had the same situation, I called the # and the represenative was very nice. She blocked my number and informed me they would send a refund check within 3-5 business days. T-Mobile is not responcible for these types of transactions because as far as they know you authorized it. You and I both know we did not Authorize it.

With my Investigation I was alble to determine that this charge occured when downloading one of the Apps from Google Play.

Be careful out there but you will get your money back so don't give your phone provider crap over it..it is not their fault.

I'm not real sure it was a good idea to give them your name and address for a "refund check". They are already scamming you out of $9.99 /mo by simply having a cell number and personally don't trust them to have any additional information. Hope you get your check without incurring any more charges!
