threatened to have police come arrest me for some sort of fraudulent check...have no idea but had out secretary very upset. recieved call at work and on cell.  message was they had recieved an order to arrest me....ok well come on...i am here at work now so don't wait any longer....so ridiculous.

They have called my job, my cell, and they have called family members and told them they were calling about a loan that they co-signed on and when asked to mail documentation of this loan they say they can't. They have said there is a case pending and that they are going to arrest me, I have called the district attorney's office in the counties they claim to have cases pending in and there are no such cases. The DA's office actually has a person dedicated to taking complaints about these people because it has become such an issue.

Company  is "CJB". The person leaving messages is Gia Gordon & a "John" answers the phone. Both have a southern American accent.  They've seem to think that they are able to legally serve people over the phone, from another state,  which last time I read the laws, is illegal.  This company left 3 messages on my phone starting at 0600, looking for someone who has never been associated with this number. They were rude when I called them back to tell them to stop calling me.

They just called me today.  I asked for a copy of the check and they told me they didn't have access to it, but would show it to me in court.  If they are representing the company then they should have access. Don't try scare tactics.  I don't even know why they called.  But they have harrassed the wrong person

Called threatening to take me to court over a loan. Knew certain information about me. And kept asking questions. I never took out a loan and the bank account they said the money

Timothy left a message saying there's 2 legal allegations against my husband and that if goes to court he cannot settle...and they'll arrest him at home and good luck with our case.  Legit debt collectors do not threaten to arrest ypu or wish you good luck.
