Left voicemail saying a claim had been made against me.  Left a first name of David, but no firm name, no other identifying information at all.  Can we say spam alert??

Called and said before any legal action take place!!!...How bout i owe no one!!!...Scam scam scam

Left an automated voicemail stating there was a claim against me and if I did not answer they would take legal action. No other info was given

They had my name, date of birth & social security number and they would not tell me name of company

They have my name ssn and job information. They did not contact me directly but called my sister and job. They name they gave us David Thompson.

They called to say there was s legal document they needed to send me. When I called back they were very rude and when I asked for a business name they hung up on me TWICE. Scam

These crooks contacted 2 of my relatives with messages wanting to be forwarded to me. Said there has been a "complaint" made against me and before the legal proceedings take place they need to speak to me. If there are any questions I have - I need to call them asap. They claim they tried to contact my home address twice. they left a call back number with a reference number for this supposed "case"... This sounded like a guy was reading from cue cards. Didn't sound like a law firm. Collections state their name & firm titles at the beginning of calls. Total scam... BEWARE!!

A guy by the name of David keeps calling my number and leaving a message for a person whose name sounds something like Florence Marceeus. They have the wrong number, but if I call to tell them that or if I press 11 as prompted, I think it might make the situation worse. They leave a message for her every few days. The last one was yesterday. I have no idea who this Florence person is and have had this Phone # for almost 3 years. I don't know how to get rid of them.

They called and said a formal complaint was made against me and legal proceedings are underway when there is no reason for this to be occurring. We checked for possible identity theft and there is nothing unusual going on with my credit reports or social security or DMV/driver's license. They are a scam. They know some dumbbell will eventually bite and take the bait.

They have also called a family member about me who also said it sounded to them like pure scammery.
