I received a call from a local number 2702380179 and Jamie Long left a VM to call back 8662454074 and that since I did not answer she would be calling friends and family to contact me. She also left a case number to refer to when calling. She then called my husband and left all the information for him including saying that she knew he was the lien-holder on a car we own. She also called my  brother and left him the same message. I called the 866 number and the man it was about a payday loan that I supposedly got at the end of 2013. I told him that was impossible since the bank account he gave me had been closed long before the date he gave. He said that was not possible because the online payday loan company only deposits money in active accounts and that they had all the evidence to win in court. I told him that I had evidence about the bank account being closed and the date it was so he could file if he had to. I never gave him the date of the closure and when he tried to verify the last 4 of my social I did not say yes or no I just said ok. I also checked with the loan company that I have my car loan through and they said no one had called asking anything about me.

I SPOKE WITH THEM AND DID MY BUSINESS WITH THEM. THEY ARE ACTUALLY A LEGAL FIRM WHO REPRESENTS LENDORS. I PAID MY DUES AND WHEN I DID THEY GAVE ME A DISMISSAL LETTER AND CONFIRMATION NUMBER. I THEN SHOWED IT TO MY ATTORNEY AND EVERYTHING WAS TAKEN CARE OF.

I went to the bank after the call and they were able to pull up records from my closed account. I got a copy showing that the account had been closed months before and that no deposits had been made or attempted to have been made after the closing date. So I am going with not legit
