The number was listed as Apple fixers & they charged me $79.99 to remove a 3rd party app in my Safari I phone Apple 6

This is a scam.  This phone number and web site is not related to Apple.  If you call the phone number, you will get a male person with a mid eastern accent, he will tell you that he can fix your device, but he will have to take remote control of your device.  They are charging people $59.99 to $99.00 to repair their device.  They will try to get info from your device and they will also have your credit card number.

Several people have no problem in removing the notice by rebooting the device or uninstall Chrome, then reinstalling Chrome.  Call or visit your apple store, they will also help you.
