I WOULD AVOID THIS SURVEY! SCAM ALERT!
Erika is calling from number 614-721-0831
Stating she is doing a Survey for Medical Insurance for the state of OHIO.
She asked for me to call her back at the 866-245-8078 number.
As I have looked up both numbers it seems the SCAM is either to obtain
your information via Health Insurance or Home Owners Insurance.
Other site another operator told she was from: (https://whocallsme.com/Phone-Number.aspx/6147210831)
non-profit survey company - R.T.I. from North Carolina and a Dept of Health and medicaid is paying her.  Was rude and will interrupt your conversation trying to guide the conversation her way. Said the 'Do Not Call list' does not apply to them.

READ UP ON THE DO NOT CALL....IT DOES NOT MEAN ...DO NOT CALL....IT MEANS THEY WILL CALL LESS OFTEN!
IF YOU ARE REGISTERED AND KEEP UPDATING YOUR NUMBER EVERY 3MONTHS OR 6 MONTHS (WHICH EVER IT IS NOW?!)

I received the same call, and have had the same experience.  They have called multiple times (no caller ID) shows up.  Today they left a message for the second time.  The first time, about a month ago, I deleted it.  Today, I called back.  Same reason.  I had to keep interrupting them to tell them to remove my number, and they said Do Not Call does not apply to the State of Ohio.  After he confirmed my number, he continued to try and tell me why they called, but I hung up on them.
