Got  call today answered n recording said they have documents that need to b delivered bit need a current address since one they have on file is not valid. If u wish to speak to someone press 6 or call 1 866 2t0 3953. Losers housing for info get a real job. Scammers.

Hang up on these people.  It's a scam to get you to send money on your credit card.

Got call today to call this number or press 1 to speak to a representative. He said a complaint against was file but did not leave his firm name.He only mention his name...Roger Simpson.

Said. Same to me it's not true cause they have to have a summons sent.

Got a call voicemail from "Roger Simpson" asking for someone else. I called the first time and as soon as I announced my name and what I was calling about, promptly got hung up on. Called a second time they said they were looking for someone completely different than the voicemail. Now I made it my own mission to waste as much as these peoples time as possible.

2nd call from this number, message from Roger Simpson saying there is legal action against me. Except it's not me, the name they give is someone else's name who I randomly get calls for a few times a year, usually for debt collection stuff.

Threatened me with ' legal action  ' because they have  my documents on file.

IF they REALLY had "legal action" against you, you would NOT be warned.  Think scare tactic & SCAM.

Said his name was Roger Simpson and had a complaint about someone at this address.

They called me on the same day n said that I had a legal complaint filed against me on my voice mail

I would love to catch these dummies.  low lifes trying to get a quick payday
