Calls and hangs up. How am I supposed to know what you want if you dont leave a message?

She left a message saying she's from some natural gas company.  The message was so blurry I couldn't understand all of it.

Caller says she works for Washington Gas. Wanted me to switch my gas provider and lock in a rate. Just checking to make sure this is not a scam of some kind.

Caller left a message with a "case number," supposedly from Washington Gas.  I called back and provided this case number, and they confirmed my address and then tried to sell me on switching Electrical Service.  I then told the person that this tactic made me angry, and he immediately hung up on me!

This caller misrepresents themselves as Washington Gas, however, when reported to Washington Gas they tell me this caller is NOT with them.  They are a third party.

As with the other people above reporting this caller - these guys have case numbers and play the game real slick.

People must be desperate..... have no conscience, and don't think of anyone but themselves.
