Received automated call from Homecomings Financial(mortgage lender, never heard of them) regarding the account of someone else I never heard of.  Recvd call around 7:30 AM on a Saturday morning.  Message says to call 866-250-6323.  I hung up.  Got the same call several hours later.  I hung up again.

My phone number is on the Do Not Call list.  They have the wrong number and they are violating the Do Not Call list.  Will call and complain about their harassment.  If needed, will write complaint letter to their legal department.

Their website is Homecomings.com.  Collection Department is 1.800.799.9250 (Collection Associates are available Monday through Thursday, 7 a.m. to 11 p.m. CT. Friday, 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. CT and Saturday, 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. CT.)

Not only is this company violating the Do Not Call list, they have the wrong number, and they are using an automated dialing machine and recorded message which is illegal in my state for commercial business.
