This came as a text to my unlisted number, alleging to be my Pharmacy Prescripion Benefits Information. I don't think so.

Same thing happened to me, got a text message saying something about my Pharmacy Prescripion Benefits Information...

Got a text saying that I had pharmacy prescription benefits.  I didn't sign up for it.
When I tried calling the number, it was just a message saying that they were really busy.
Have I already been scammed?

I got this text also today.

I got a text from 832-776-4530 with prescription/pharmacy "plan info" as well. The 866 number listed here is the one I am supposed to call. Won't bother with do not call since it doesn't seem to stop anything but wanted to post here for the benefit of others.

This text message came from (804) 912-0628 & included the toll free number. As always, don't reply to or follow any directions from spam texts.

I received the same call and text. Called the number on the text went straight a machine saying to leave my name and number. I've never signed up for anything with Obama care.

I got the same text message but from 251-654-5417 with this customer number, at noon today.  Is there anything to do about it?

rec'd same text, mine was from phone # (802)503-7230 with the 866-250-8102 call back and 16634414 member# which I do not have...  looked online and found these sites that people can use to report scam type texts...

The Internet Crime Complaint Center (IC3) brings together the Federal Bureau of Investigation, the National White Collar Crime Center, and the Bureau of Justice Assistance to investigate cyber-based crimes. Since text message scams can be loosely categorized as cyber crimes, the IC3 takes part in their investigation.
To report a text message scam to the IC3, go to the IC3 website.

Apparently they are using:  802-557-2865 as well.  Text message; a lot of gobbledygook numbers  meant to confuse you.  Most likely a scam.

Don't know if this is the same company or not.  Seems fishy.

Looks like they are trying to get people to tell their pharmacist to call them or use the BIN-PLAN ID-Group-Member# which will then switch you onto their insurance company... and I'm sure you will get a nice premium bill shortly thereafter.  Many older people may not understand and believe they are to do as the text tells them when ordering their prescriptions.

Haven't signed up for anything and yet it's amusing that they texted my google voice number instead of my cell number (which I never give out). It makes me wonder if they're just randomly generating numbers to send this spam to.

i got the same text msg today... from the same number and same 866 #

Received the same text today from the same # as SuzyQ and was given the same 866#. Reported it to the FTC, FCC, IC3 and forwarded it to my wireless carrier.

Received a text from this number, and by the likes of it, it has to be a scam!  

I got the same text from 802-585-0004.  Called to ask to be removed from their call list.  They answered by asking for my name, and they hung up when wouldn't give it and asked to be removed from their list.  Tried to call back a few times and get a recorded message saying they're busy.

I got it today from 8025850004 as well.

if you are on AT&T you can forward the msg to 7762 to report it, AT&T does take legal action against these people.
