This call is apparently from a company that identifies itself as "Consumer Services, Inc."  I determined by questioning the people who answered the phone number listed above that these people are in Fullerton, CA. If you are on the Do Not Call List and these folks call you, note the date and time as well as the person and what they called about. Then you should be able to file suit in small claims court for $500 in damages plus court costs as defined in that law.

I got same voice message

received a voicemail regarding an unsecured credit debt. Please call for consolidation or repayment options due to recent changes. Also left a reference number. Did not mention my name or the company she represented but did State her name was Laura Duncan. And to call 866-250-8338.

Have no idea what this is about. SCAM

"Laura Duncan" called about unsecured credit debt, needed me to contact her with a reference number concerning the repayment and some changes that have taken place recently.

call came from 571-655-6012 but says to call back 866-250-8338 about cc debt!

I received the exact same phone call on April 12th.

Just received a call from 434-255-1403, same as everyone else "Laura Duncan" with a call back to 866-250-8338 and same reference number as several other people.

Phone did not show missed call, but just had a voicemail pop-up from Laura Duncan.  Voicemail showed it was from 360-966-8515.  "Laura" said to call back the same # as all of you, with a reference number as well.  Did not mention my name or which debt she was referring to.

Exact same reference number! What are the odds?

Received two calls within a week of each other. Same exact voice, phrasing and inflection on both, but giving two different sets of info (Helen Green, 866-258-6336, reference #033066, and Laura Duncan, 866-250-8338, reference #033088). Clearly trying for low hanging fruit.

I received a call from 18662508338 and they left a voicemail saying to call Laura Duncan about  unsecured debts at this number and gave a reference number. They do not identify the company or bank. I called the number and again they don't identify themselves and gave me three options. I chose 9 to be removed from their call list. They had a very threatening message warning me this was a huge mistake..buwahaha.

Yup, this call came the same way as described above with the same reference #!!  Glad we can just "Google" these things and get closure on the motivation of the caller.

Same number, same Laura Duncan. American woman. Gave me a reference number “to make things easier “ when I called back.

Same as everyone else with the message about debt and same reference number of 033088. Mine came from 425-728-4253 but she told me to call back the 866 number. I dont say my name on my voicemail message and she didnt reference it in her voicemail.

Wish these people would get real jobs instead of scamming!!

Keep getting calls (messages) from this totally SCAM number. And the reference number they give me to use when I call back is the SAME AS ABOVE????? They should at least use different reference numbers LOL! I have no debt. SCAM!
