This is Alliance One - a collection aagency. I have told them on many occasions that I am not the person they are looking for, I do not know this person, and to stop calling me.

Each time they call I get assured that they will not call again, but they keep calling. I am trying to figure out how to get this to stop.

Call me constantly! They want my SSN to take me off of their list, which I refuse to give so they hang up on me! I have two small kids so I have to turn my ringer off just so they don't have to hear the phone all day long!

They just called on Labor Day looking for my ex-wife of 9 years. I have told them many times in the past that I have no contact with my ex-wife and to please stop calling.  They continue call. Some days 3 - 4 times a day.  When will the federal gov't step in and stop these companies. It is obviuos that they are making money otherwise they would not be in the business.  Maybe some stiff fines and jail time would wake them up? Who knows????

  Your automatic phone dialing system has been logged as calling our home phone number of (  )      on the following dates and times:

1/22/09    6:47 PM

 The number from which the calls have been made is 866-250 8531, which is owned and operated by your company.  The name spoken by your auto dialer is not a resident at the number (   )     .  After answering the call and holding 4 minutes each time to try and resolve the situation, your system automatically hangs up.  Furthermore, upon trying to return call the phone number, it is considered ‘out of service’.

 These calls have been logged and permanently recorded, as will all future communications.  Please take this fax and the forthcoming certified letter as a notice to cease and desist all communications with the phone number (   )     .  Any further contact will result in a lawsuit being filed in
    County Court and a complaint filed with the Attorney General of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.  All available means will be utilized to recover the time costs and inconvenience associate with your continued harassment as well as any legal fees incurred.
