- DeeI'm absolutely sick and tired of these calls with regard to switching energy providers. If I'm interested in switching I will do so on my own accord. These pushy people absolutely irritate me. When I tell them I'm not interested they get very nasty and unprofessional - really, is this how you think you can "get my business"? As soon as they ask to speak to the person responsible for the PECO bill I hang up on them and then block their numbers. Absolutely infuriates me!

Jerks!- Caller: Nick Baird Direct Energy
- Annoyed in MAMalaki called with caller ID# "Private, out of area". He would tell me what it was regarding directly at first. Just that he was with Consumer Energy Solutions and we would have gotten their letter with our latest Eversource bill. We never get "letters" with our bill. He wanted to talk to who handles the Eversource account. I asked again what does this regard particularly? After the run around he finally said "We can help reduce your energy rates". I asked our VP who said "I'm sure he can. No." So I went back to Malaki and politely said "I'm told we are all set at this time but thank you for calling." Then hung up the phone. Immediately he called back, caller ID# 866-253-9600 and "Cnsmrengrysol". This time my manager picked up and he got upset with her saying that I had just hung up on him and he needed the name of who handles our Eversource bill. She had heard me ask the VP and his response and told Malaki the same thing. He refused to let her off the phone and insisted he needs the name. She always said back "He's not interested." Eventually she hung up on him like I did as she also has work to get done. I would never trust a caller like this out of the blue with TWO different caller ID's. Very suspicious.

She said they aren't trying to switch us, just inform us of state programs that could save us money. I took the number down but won't be calling back. The tactics these scammers use are sneaky - beware.
