this is a scam company that tries to pass itself of as the official yellow pages. They fax or email you  a statement that asks to verify your business address and after you do they send you an invoice for $1400.00 once I started disputing the whole thing they nocked the price down to $500. which is still robbery. If you happen to talk to a Peter Dennis tell him he's an ASS!

While that may help, businesses are held to a different standard.  They are expected to be able to read contracts and small print.  FDCPA and probably state laws as well do not cover business transactions.

They are saying I signed a contract on Mar 3, 2014. Our Company did not exsist the date we ordered the service. Therefore what ever they have showing I signed is not false. They did the same thing to me in 2014 and I never paid the invoice and have no intention of paying this invoice. They will have to take me to court. The invoice in 2014 was for $1200 and this one is $1099. The can continue to haunt me but I refuse to pay.

This company is a scam they claim I signed an agreement in Mar 2014 to advertise in the Yellow pages. Our company did not exsist in March 2014.

I had cancelled the order 2 days after I realized the mistake and this was within their cancellation terms and I had a letter from them stating the charges would be removed and to forget about it. They still sent me invoices for the next 8 months. After showing them the cancellation letter and their promise to not bug me again they were still trying to collect a payment. I finally sent all the invoices and the cancellation letter to the CA attorney general and about 2 weeks later I got a letter from Yellow Holding telling me again that I would not be invoiced anymore.  The invoices stopped for a couple of months but they have since started again, and on the same exact account! I'm just ignoring them at this point.
